As Human Resources Director, Craig Kreismer oversees the company recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, staff utilization, and maintains compliance with state and federal regulations. Craig has achieved the rigorous Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), and has eight years of Human Resources experience. Additionally, he has completed graduate-level Human Resources course work at the University of California in San Diego.

A graduate of Rutgers University (BS in Social Work), Craig began his career working in foster care and protective services. He has been involved in several community outreach organizations such as the United Way, Urban League, and the Casey Foundation. Additionally, he is involved with the Society for Human Resources Management, and serves on the Executive Committee for AH.
