Pam Ballinger Of Association Headquarters Earns
Certified Meeting Professional Designation

MT. LAUREL, N.J.- Association Headquarters (AH) congratulates, Pam Ballinger, for receiving the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation. Recently recognized by the Convention Industry Council (CIC), Pam is one of 489 professionals throughout North America to receive the CMP designation- the standard of achievement within the meetings industry.

Established in 1984, the CMP designation is a program of the CIC designed to increase the professionalism of meeting managers in any component or sector of the industry.

To attain such recognition, candidates must pass the rigorous certification examination and demonstrate experience in the field by exhibiting responsibility and accountability for successful meetings.

Pam serves as the vice president of meetings and exhibits at AH. She oversees the entire meetings, exhibits and registration department and directly manages the American Transplant Congress, which is the annual joint meeting of the American Society of Transplantation and the American Society of Transplant Surgeons. Additionally she manages the annual meeting of the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, all meetings of the International Liver Transplantation Society and the Osteoarthritis Research Society International’s Annual Congress.
