WILLIAM PAWLUCY - YOUNG & ASPIRING ASSOCIATION PROFESSIONAL

Mt. Laurel, NJ – William Pawlucy, M.P.A., CAE, senior vice president of Association Headquarters, Inc. (AH), has been named a 2003 Young and Aspiring Association Professional by Association Trends magazine.

The honor goes to those young association executives and professionals who seem to be headed for notable leadership within and outside the association and nonprofit community.

“To be recognized by the industry is incredible. But this is not the finish line, there is still more room to grow and much more to learn,” said Pawlucy.

Pawlucy, a certified association executive and a Seton Hall University master’s graduate, serves as management advisor to six nonprofit organizations managed by AH. He is credited with the creation of a strong marketing department for AH, that has a 75 percent proposal submission-to-interview ratio. Fifty percent of proposals written by Pawlucy’s Marketing department at AH are successful in generating new business. He pioneered the company’s first customer satisfaction module and implemented a new “core-team” management model. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware Institute for Organization Management and an instructor at Villanova University’s Institute for Organization Management.
