HEADQUARTERS INTRODUCES
NEW STAFF MEMBERS
MT. LAUREL,
N.J.—Association Headquarters
(AH) announces the addition of
four new associates to its growing
staff.
Kristy Baier recently joined AH and is a registration coordinator. She
works with the meetings/trade department. Her responsibilities include
managing all registration communications, answering questions, and providing
support to other members of the department. Baier received an associate’s
degree from Burlington County College.
Tobie Banscher manages portions of two AH client partners; the Unfinished
Furniture Association (UFA) and the Receptive Services Association (RSA).
As membership coordinator, Banscher’s primary undertaking is managing
member service programs. Such tasks include processing membership applications
and providing member program information. Banscher also coordinates publications
and promotional materials as well as maintains association web sites.
She received her associate’s degree from Temple University.
James W. Jurgens, Jr. joined the AH team as marketing coordinator. His
responsibilities include assisting in new client partner development,
strategic marketing and additional business growth opportunities. He
received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Drexel University.
Gail
O’Connell serves as the
director of member services for
the American Society of Transplantation
(AST). In her role, O’Connell
acts as liaison between AST and
new members as well as the membership
committee. She also assists with
the committee’s strategic
planning process. O’Connell
received her bachelor’s
degree in communications from
Widener University.
