Fee Structure

The fees AH develops can take several forms:

Fixed Fee – This type of arrangement provides for a fixed monthly payment that covers all services outlined in a scope of service developed by the AMC and client partner.

Hourly Fee – This type of arrangement has the client partner make payments for each hour of staff time spent in support of the scope of service.

Fixed/Hourly – This type of arrangement provides for a fixed monthly payment covering the scope of services, as well as payment for any hours spent above the agreed upon fee/scope, such as for special projects.

The scope of service developed by the client partner and AH is extremely important in determining our final management fee. The scope of service has to reflect all the services the client partner needs AH to provide. This will allow us to suggest the best fee structure and develop an accurate cost.
