Mike Dwyer, CAE
Vice President of Marketing
Mike Dwyer is Executive Director for the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association, a national trade organization serving the juvenile products industry, as well as NARSA – The International Heat Transfer Association, an international organization serving heat-transfer service and manufacturing specialists. As Executive Director, he is responsible for the overall operations of JPMA and NARSA, and also serves as the Executive Editor for The Cooling Journal, the monthly magazine for NARSA. He works closely with the board of directors, volunteer leaders, and staff members for both organizations to ensure that each association is operating effectively and efficiently.
Mike also serves as Vice President for Association Headquarters, where he directs the project services division and has a hand in the internal and external marketing efforts for the company.
Throughout his career, Mike has been recognized by many professional organizations for his extraordinary work. In 2001, he earned the designation of Certified Association Executive from the American Society of Association Executives, the highest achievement in the field of association management. In June of 2004, he was elected by his peers as President of the Board for the Delaware Valley Society of Association Executives. Mike continues to serve as a committee member of the joint DVSAE/NJSAE Annual Conference Planning Committee. More recently, Mike was selected by Association TRENDS magazine as a 2006 Young and Aspiring Association Professional. This designation is awarded to the best of the present and future within the national association community.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science (Pre-Law Curriculum) from the University of Vermont in Burlington. He has 15 years experience in association management, with the last 13 serving as Executive Director.
