Clare E. MacNab, CEM, CMP

Director of Meetings, Exhibits and Trade Shows

Clare MacNab is Director of the Meetings, Exhibits and Trade Show department.  She is responsible for assigning client staffing and subscription rates with a focus on maximizing profitability. As a member of the company’s Executive Core, she provides guidance to the executive management team on strategic initiatives with a focus on technology. She shares oversight of the day to day management of the 30 person department with Vice President, Pam Ballinger, and Co-Director, Tina Squillante.

Clare’s client assignments include serving as the Director of Meetings and Exhibits for the American Society for Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics, the Association for Accounting Marketing, and the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association.

Her client responsibilities are to execute the vision, directives, and strategies dictated by the associations’ board of directors as they relate to meetings and exhibits. Additionally, Clare has earned the certified in exhibition management (CEM), and certified meeting professional credentials (CMP). Clare holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
